We had to have everything removed from our first floor for repairs. The construction company sent us First-Rate moving to do the job. They were here this morning and I wanted to immediately provide feedback. Each of the 4 man crew were incredibly pleasant. To some people that may not matter, but I appreciate people coming into my home being nice and engaging in positive and courteous exchanges. These people got right to work and never once slowed down. They didn't rush, mind you. I never felt like my furniture or belongings were at risk from anyone being careless. They wrapped everything, paired up on heavier items to carry, asked questions when unsure, and always were professional. What I did not hear, not even once, from anyone on the crew was negativity, infighting, or even a frustrated utterance. I am aware of how hard it is to carry heavy things in awkward positions all day. This crew tackled the job tremendously. There is still the move back in, so things could go wrong... but I'm fully convinced things will be okay. Good job, First-Rate. You clearly care! Thank you for taking care of us.

Billy, Will, and Jesus came to my storage facility today and did a wonderful job. Extremely respectful and kept everything clean and worked nonstop. That is an A+ team right there.

Downsizing from the family home where we raised our four children for over 25 years was emotional and challenging, but Jay and his team made the entire process so much easier. They treated every item with extraordinary care and patience, and they were incredibly supportive as we figured out how to fit our furniture and memories into a smaller home. I lost count of how many times I asked them to move things up and down stairs, and not once did anyone complain. They were very friendly to the customer placed everything where it was supposed to go and help build all furniture with me.
